EPENETOS CONSTRUCTION, a building & land developing company was  established by Epenetos Petrou in 1987. Is a family run business located in the village of Dherynia in the Republic of Cyprus .

The owner and director of the company, Epenotos Petrou, has 35 years experience in the construction industry and is committed to perfection on designs and structure.

Epenetos Construction has extensive experience in a wide range of construction projects including government buildings, schools, community parks, amphitheaters and associated buildings, houses, apartments and hotels. In the early ‘90s the company was one of the first in the area to transfer this experience and know-how in the field of design and construction into the development of individually designed housing projects.

As a local company, Epenetos Construction is able to focus on smaller constructions and developments designed and built to a very high standard. With these projects, the company is able to build to the client’s own requirements in carefully selected areas using the best quality building materials which offers a better quality of life.

All construction is carried out in accordance with local and national legal requirements and therefore there is no difficulty in the issue of title deeds.
